Dr. Daniel Callahan, DPM

Dr. Callahan is a graduate of Oregon State University and of  the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He has been in  practicing podiatry for over twenty-five years.  After medical  school, Dr. Callahan served on active duty in the Air Force for seven years, during which time he completed a surgical residency in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was stationed in Nebraska and Mississippi.  After leaving active duty, Dr. Callahan began working at Wright-Patt Medical Center here at Wright-Patt Air Force Base. He was the partnership podiatrist there for over eight and a half years.  His  office in Beavercreek has been open since the summer of 1999.

Dr. Callahan is currently on staff at Kettering Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital. In addition, he has surgical privileges at the Beavercreek Surgery Center, located within walking distance of his office.

Dr. Callahan is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Polly Callahan, RN

Polly works in the treatment rooms in direct patient care  as well as serving as the overall office manager.  She is a registered nurse and is a graduate of West Penn Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has worked in almost every aspect of nursing including: medical-surgical, hemo-dialysis, geriatrics, psychiatric, OB/Gyn, pediatrics, ICU, diabetic teaching, etc.  She has been working in Dr. Callahan’s office since it’s beginning in 1999, and is extremely knowledgeable in foot related conditions, particularly as they relate to diabetes and other systemic medical problems. Polly also holds a license as a General X-ray Machine Operator.

Natalie (Gill) Eagle

Natalie has been working at CPI since November 2006, mostly with patient care. She is part-time and works the rest of the week as a dental hygienist.

Natalie attended Shawnee State University on a basketball scholarship and graduated in June 2005 with an associates in dental hygiene. She enjoys hanging out with her family and friends and being outdoors, water skiing, or doing “just about anything athletic”.   A newly-wed, she has been married to Jarrod since August 2009.

Ann Hart

Ann has several years of customer service and office experience. She is married to Tom and has one son, Chris and one daughter, Veronica. Ann is also grandmother to two very special girls, Chey and Kota.

Any spare time Ann has is spent doing her favorite hobbies – gardening and reading.

Jenny Petry

Jenny has been working for Callahan Podiatry since December of 2008.  She enjoys working with patients and helping get them back on their feet.  She is now a Junior at Wright State  University studying business and plans to graduate in 2012.

Jenny enjoys spending time with her friends and family.  She also enjoys exercising and being outdoors in the summer “any time I can”.
